HELLO KITTY 7-ELEVEN PLUSH

I mentioned awhile back how some items that are released overseas should of been released here in the USA and this would be one of them. This is a Hello Kitty 7 -Eleven large plush exclusive to the 7-Elevens in Taiwan. I was lucky to be able to find someone to get this for me but not all may be lucky. There was only 10,000 made and I am number 8,000 and something so they are most likely sold out by now.

HELLO KITTY& SNOOPY CHRISTMAS TREES

If you love Snoopy and Hello Kitty and are too lazy to decorate a tree, Dream Kitty does it for you. I was very tempted to purchase one of these Hello Kitty Christmas trees but then I saw the Snoopy one also and I can not have two trees in my house. According to the other half. I would put all of these trees in each room if I could.

HELLO KITTY VIOLIN

As always I am looking for the next best thing when it comes to Hello Kitty and I recently found this Hello Kitty violin for sale. Never thought I would see something like this but that's what happens when you spend all your time on the computer looking for Hello Kitty. I found this on Yahoo Auctions Hong Kong. Too cute for sounds.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING PART 2

On top of adding a Hello Kitty bow to my Thanksgiving Turkey I took it upon myself to mess around on the computer with Hello Kitty. Check these masterpieces out. :D

The first thing I did before that when I got up was watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade waiting for Hello Kitty and taking pictures of the tv as if I was there. But it's quite obvious I was not. lol

There is no Hello Kitty plush this year that I know of. Mickey Mouse is running that show.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

It's pretty sad when on a national holiday I can not take a break from my Hello Kitty obsession and wasting my time on how I can make my Thanksgiving turkey look like Hello Kitty. I've got problems but Happy Thanksgiving anyway. :D

HELLO KITTY IN LOVE SHOW

Recently there was a stage show in Japan called "Hello Kitty in Love" that played from November 11-19 2009 and of course I found "by accident" (it's never really an accident) a piece of merchandise with the same name meaning that it may go with the show. There is not much information online about this show or any possible merchandise but this is it.

HELLO KITTY 35TH ANNIVERSARY PORTUGAL FASHION SHOW DRESS

 I made a purchase I probably shouldn't have that cost me a fortune but this item screamed Hello Kitty and 80s all in one and I had to have it. I did not even have buyers remorse but I usually don't with Hello Kitty which is unfortunate because of my horrible spending habits. I am now the proud owner of a Hello Kitty 35th Anniversary Moda Lisboa Portugal Fashion Show dress by Nuno Baltazar. The only one in the world. The fashion show was for Hello Kitty's 35th Anniversary and designers were selected and required to make a dress inspired by Hello Kitty. And I am not even big on fashion eaither.

HELLO KITTY CHINESE NEW YEAR LION DANCE DRAGON PLUSH

My favorite time of the year besides Christmas is Chinese New Year and apparently it's Hello Kitty's too as she dresses up as a lion dance dragon in a cute little set from Asia. The lion dance dragon is popular in celebration of Chinese New Year in parades and parties. This was released last year and I bet you didn't know it existed? I purchased it on Yahoo Auctions Hong Kong and I'm waiting for it to be delivered to me just in time for the fun. I can not wait!!!! 

                                  

                     

HELLO KITTY MEETS DAN AYKROYD

Today Hello Kitty met Ghostbusters and Saturday Night Live star Dan Aykroyd at our local booze shop for a signing event promoting his new vodka Crystal Head. He was so kind to accept kitty's offer for a picture. Sorry kitty but it should really be the other way around.

THE HELLO KITTY PURCHASE I NEVER RECIEVED

 I am very dissapointed on a purchase I made off Ebay for a Hello Kitty item as usual. It was a plush that I will not get as they never sent it out. It was a good one too that I have never heard of. At least I got my money back but Ebay is handling the "item not recieved" claims instead of Paypal which made it easier but with Ebay it's a bit quicker to handle. At least I got a picture. This was a limited Edition Hide N Seek plush with only 300 made. She looks like Sherlock Holmes.  There is so much Hello Kitty stuff it's impossible to know everything thats out there unless you work for Sanrio. What a job that would be!

The picture is so small but I can not bare to look anyway of what once was or could of been. Ughhhh!

HELLO KITTY VOGUE

It's amazing the things I will do or look at for a Hello Kitty fix especially when it's a magazine that I have no interest in reading such as Vogue. Hello Kitty took part in the June 2008 japanese issue and included a cute little pin that was exclusive to the magazine. It wasn't on the top of my find list but the more I think about it I may just want it. What else is new.

HELLO KITTY EGG NOG

Hello Kitty is pretty much on everything but the one thing that I can not find is Hello Kitty Egg Nog. Where is it and when is it coming out? My favorite drink of all time besides coffee and numerous amounts of diet soda. I am surprised that this hasn't been done yet. I have seen one item have many different versions of Hello Kitty but they seem to be skipping a whole line of other items including my Egg Nog.

HELLO KITTY TAKES THE CAKE

Hello Kitty takes the cake as always and everything that she does. Including this rare cake I found done professional style. Most cakes I have seen just plant her face on top of a tiny birthday cake but I must say this one takes the cake. You could probably go to any good cake shop to do this for you but you have to be descriptive with them or they will just plant a face on a round cake like they did with mine. Even though it was the best chocolate cake I had ever had!

I still love it though as my favorite!

HELLO KITTY BLOG SPOTLIGHT

Every now and then Hello Kitty Limited spotlights a special item that is intriguing. Today's spotlight goes to the toilet paper from the Three Apples VIP Party. Now this is not just any toilet paper but Hello Kitty toilet paper that is not for sale in the USA at least that I could find. You know you are truly at a very important person event when the only time you can use it is between 7-11 pm on a Thursday night. It was so special that I felt the need to take a picture of it and some "person" thought that putting one into a certain person's Swag Bag would wipe my mind of all my troubles and it did. This was not there the next day for the opening as I was required to check. :)

HELLO KITTY CANDLES

For those of you who obsess over candles Hello Kitty and Sanrio just had a sale on their website to get these holiday candle sets free with a purchase. Of course I jumped on this immediately not thinking gee... I just spent WHAT? Maybe I shouldn't? Yeah right, I never say that but I am going to have to start very soon. They only had 130 sets to go out and I am now the proud owner. Hello Kitty candles are rare to come by and they are now officially sold out!

HELLO KITTY SANRIO STOCKS

Time is running out for me. My cc's are maxed and we are living off unemployment for the moment. Unfortunately that has not stopped me from getting Hello Kitty stuff which is becoming a problem. I just started thinking of what is the next thing I can get that is rare for Hello Kitty. I know.... Sanrio stocks. Not items but actual stocks for the company except they originate in Japan so I do not think I can buy stocks from them which breaks my heart because that could be a good move financially. My thoughts are always that Hello Kitty makes everything better. I  am hoping that includes this case too.

                                      

HELLO KITTY JAPAN SUPERMODEL

As a Hello Kitty collector there are some items that are too interesting and rare to pass up. Some might not see the value in certain items but that is the beauty of choice. I came across a Hello Kitty plush that was made from a famous supermodel in Japan. This is Hello Kitty as Okamoto Rei by Nicola Magazine from 2007. From Japan only.

HELLO KITTY THREE APPLES STARRING PRINCE

For whatever reason I seemed to have missed this piece of art for sale at the Three Apples event in LA but Hello Kitty is playing dress up again as Prince. What happened to the good ole days where playing dress up only involved a dress and some nice shoes?  lol.  Most of the art was sold by opening weekend so I'm sure this has been sold already.

HELLO KITTY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

This past weekend Hello Kitty and Sanrio celebrated her birthday at most local Sanrio stores and of course I had forgotten about it before recieving a email from the Sanrio shop reminding me to come in that day and that there would be free goodies etc. When I get there this so called party was a bit of a dud. I guess I am a little spoiled after going to the Three Apples VIP Party and expecting cake and such but all I got was me buying something else. No free goodies and no cake! They had balloons but were not willing to part with them. Oh well. You can't get everything you want but how come I don't have as many birthday events as Hello Kitty?

HELLO BUILD A KITTY

Build-A-Bear has jumped on the Hello Kitty birthday bandwagon with their pink and black rhinestone dress celebrating kitty's 35th Anniversary. This is truly Limited Edition with only 50,000 made. They are numbered as not all of Sanrio Limited Editions are numbered. It even comes with a special clothes hanger to keep. I have number 26,000 and something. I wonder who has  number 1? Anway you can pick it up in one of their stores or online. This dress is so cute I want to wear it!

HELLO KITTY VS MICHAEL JACKSON SORT OF... AGAIN

It never ceases to amaze me when it comes to Hello Kitty products coming out as Sanrio discontinues about 600 products a month only to bring 600 new ones in each month. So fanatics like myself never get bored and always have a empty wallet. Once again Hello Kitty reminds you of what once was..Michael Jackson. These hats are actually from the new mens line with GDC that kitty is trying to bring into the fanatic community. My bet is that mostly women will probably buy these hats for the Michael Jackson factor and because they are just plain cool. I can not seem to find a website for GDC though.

HELLO KITTY DOES DATING SERVICE

Lately Hello Kitty/Sanrio banners have been spotted everywhere. But it is even more rare when Hello kitty is on a banner supporting a dating service or supporting a member, literally, of that dating service but that is just what she has done. Take a guess where she is in this picture? I love you Hello Kitty but I am not signing up and I can't anyway. lol

HELLO KITTY THREE APPLES FAN SWAG BAG

I have to admit getting into the Hello Kitty VIP Party may have been the best as far as any other days go at the event but I was particular happy with the Fan Swag Bags from Superfan Day at the museum. Only 100 were given out to fans waiting in line for many hours just to get into Royal T. I love freebies! Unfortunately it does not come close to covering the trip to LA.

On the days I do not buy Hello Kitty which should be everyday in the state that we are in.. unemployed.. I get my Hello Kitty fix using a alternate form of Google called Kittoogle which is the same as Google but Hello Kitty themed. I even managed to get a Yahoo Bar off of Sanrio Japan to decorate my computer even more. Even though it's in Japanese the pictures of Hello Kitty say a thousand words.  My husband does not care so long as I do not decorate him.
