Hello Kitty is becoming notorious for her celebrity meets and would love to add Lady Gaga to that list seeing she is going to have a concert in town. The VIP packages don't offer meet & greets so meeting her may be impossible. Hello Kitty decided to start a petition to try and get that meet. Why not! Hello Kitty dresses like her and wears the same stockings and not to mention she is from New York too.
Hello Kitty also took it upon herself to bring out her "red teacup" just like when Gaga posted a pic for her birthday.
Who could pass up a gal like kitty!
