Since Sanrio's Small Gift event had a Ferris Wheel and Hot Topic is selling a t shirt with Hello Kitty and Ferris I took it upon myself to make my own. This wheel is actually part of my outside Christmas decoration displays but fixed it up a bit by replacing the original characters with Hello Kitty plushes. It worked like a charm.
